Seed oil
Seed oil is pressed from seeds at the Millstone: 4 seeds make 2 oil. Any of the demo’s crop seeds will do, Wheat, carrot, beet, cabbage, onion or Flax, and every recipe comes with the same Millstone technology as flour. Pressing needs Farming mastery 2.
It matters for two things in the demo. At the Distillation Cube, 3 Seed oil, 2 Clay Plates and 20 Fuel make 3 Melted Fat: the second way to Melted Fat besides corpse fat, which the Barracks’ oiled planks need. And in the oven, 1 Seed oil and 1 River fish fillet make 3 Fish nuggets.
