Alkali is an alchemy product: a mix totalling 1 red, 4 green and 2 blue runes, which takes at least 3 ingredients and so the three-slot Laboratory II. It is revealed as a product by the Crafting Potions technology (100 red, 80 green).
Its one use is the Master Sword: one Alkali, 4 Steel Details and 3 Steel Ingots at the Steel Anvil, with Masterwork Equipment. The town Alchemist sells 10 at tier III.
