Fish nuggets
Fish nuggets give 25 energy each. The Kitchen Oven makes 3 from 1 River fish fillet, 1 Seed oil and 15 Fuel (5 with the Cook II perk). The recipe comes with the River fish dishes technology, and a batch needs Farming mastery 3.
The Seed oil comes from the Millstone, which presses 4 seeds into 2 oil. In the demo the seeds to use are Wheat seeds: you get more of them back with every wheat harvest, and Herm sells them from the start.
