Baked fish
Baked fish gives 40 energy, the most of any dish you can cook in the demo. The Kitchen Oven makes 3 from 2 River fish fillets and 15 Fuel (5 with the Cook II perk). The recipe comes with the River fish dishes technology, and a batch needs Farming mastery 4.
It needs nothing but fillets and Fuel, so it is the simple choice when you have fish and no Seed oil. With Seed oil, Fish nuggets get more energy out of each fillet.
