Clay Plate

A Clay Plate is thrown on the Potter’s Wheel: 2 Clay make 3 plates. It needs Building mastery 2, which the rusty axe and pickaxe give, and comes with Pottery I (10 red, 5 green).

The twins in the village ask for 6 in Two Peas in a Pod, and hand you a fishing rod for them. That is one of the two jobs that raise your village reputation to 10, which the story needs before Jack’s boat. Later, every batch of Melted Fat in the Distillation Cube takes 2 plates.

Notes

  • Herm does not sell Clay Plates, at any tier; he only buys them from his second tier on. The twins’ plates have to be made.
  • One dig of clay is enough for the twins: a clay pit gives 4 Clay, and 4 Clay make 6 plates.
