Onion rings
Onion rings give 35 energy. You fry them in the Kitchen Oven from 3 onions of one grade, a Seed oil and 15 Fuel, with Farming mastery 3. Plain onions give 2 portions, two-star 4 and three-star 7, and the Cook perk adds 1 to 3 more.
The recipe comes with Onion dishes, given to you the first time an onion bed ripens, together with Toast with onions.

- The onion’s grade matters more than anything else here: three plain onions give 70 energy of rings, three three-star onions 245.
