Polished Bronze
Not obtainable in the demo. Its recipe cannot be unlocked. It is only sold at town stalls, which the demo does not have.
Polished Bronze looks like something you can make in the demo, and you cannot. Its recipe is 2 Bronze Details, 2 Sand and 1 Melted Fat at the Woodworking Workbench I, all of which the demo has, but the recipe has to be unlocked and nothing in the demo unlocks it: no technology, no quest, no event. The only sellers are town stalls (Furniture Maker, Jeweler, Smithy).
The one you are most likely to run into is the Writing Desk. Its technology is in the demo, but the desk costs a Polished Bronze, so it cannot be built, and neither can the Leather Scroll that only the desk makes.
