Flour is ground from Wheat at the Millstone: 4 Wheat make 5 Flour. The Millstone is built inside your house and comes with the Millstone technology (5 red, 10 green); grinding needs Farming mastery 2.
In the kitchen it has one job: 6 Flour and 2 Water make 6 Dough at the Kitchen Table, and Dough becomes Bread, Berry Pie and Croissants. It is also an alchemy ingredient with two green runes, enough on its own for Paint.

- No trader in the demo sells Flour or Dough, so baking always starts at the wheat bed.
