Bread
Bread gives 18 energy. There are 8 loaves in the kitchen chest of your house when you arrive, and after that you bake it yourself: 4 Dough and 10 Fuel in the Kitchen Oven make 4 loaves, or 6 with the Cook perk. The recipe comes with the Bread technology, together with the Dough recipe.
The oven bakes on its own once you have queued a batch, burning Fuel from a Firewood shed inside the house. Starting a batch needs Farming mastery 2.

Notes
- In the demo Bread is only food. Its one other use, Breadcrumb Bait for fishing, has no recipe the demo unlocks, and no demo trader buys bread.
- Energy per Dough is low. Four Dough make four loaves (72 energy); the same Dough with 6 Berries make four Berry Pies (120 energy, and each takes 3 off your insanity).
- Studying a loaf costs 2 Science and gives 25 green.
