The recipe comes with Oh no!, the technology you are given the first time you eat raw Flesh.

Notes
- One Baked meat becomes four sandwiches. The meat alone is 40 energy and 10 insanity; as sandwiches it is 200 energy and 20 insanity.
- No trader sells it. Studying it costs 10 Science and gives 10 green and 30 blue.
