A Burger gives 80 energy and raises insanity by 5. At the Kitchen Table, an onion of any grade, a Minced Meat and 2 Bread make 4 (6 with the Cook perk), with Farming mastery 5.
The recipe comes with Anyway…, given to you when you roast your first Baked meat. Minced Meat is ground from Flesh at the Millstone, 2 from one.
