Steel Sword
The Steel Sword does 10 damage a swing, 12 with the Sword Master perk. You forge it at the Steel Anvil from 2 Sticks, 3 Steel Details and 2 Steel Ingots, with Smithing mastery 12, after Steel Equipment (160 red, 10 blue), which also gives the Steel Armor. The town Smithy sells one a week at its third tier, for 250 silver.

Each item is studied once, on the Study Table. Studying does not use the item up. With the Scientist perk, a 30% chance of a Story.
Notes
- The Master Sword is the only better one, at 13.
- Steel Ingots come from the Bishop, who sells them in conversation once a later quest opens it.
- Studying it costs 10 Science and gives 100 red and 20 blue.
