Steel tools
Steel tools are the best small metalworking tools: on your toolbar they add Smithing mastery +4. You forge them at the Steel Anvil, with a Hardening Bucket, from 2 Sticks, 2 Steel Details and 2 Engineering Details, with the Steel Casting technology (150 red, 20 blue) and Smithing mastery 12.
The town Jeweler sells one set at tier III.

Each item is studied once, on the Study Table. Studying does not use the item up. With the Scientist perk, a 30% chance of a Story.
Notes
- With all hammers and small tools on the toolbar, Smithing tools add 20: 13 from the four hammers and 7 from the three sets.
- Studying them costs 10 Science and gives 100 green and 20 blue.
