Honey

Honey comes from wild beehives. The demo has two you can reach, one by the graveyard and one at Riverside. Taking honey from a hive by hand gives 1 or 2, sometimes a Beeswax as well, and needs Farming mastery 3; the hive refills after about 8 minutes. Each swing adds a little insanity (0.1).

Eating it gives 5 energy and counts toward the Sweet Tooth inspiration; taking it from the hive counts toward Sticky Fingers. It has no recipe in the demo.

Notes

  • It is an alchemy ingredient with two green runes and one blue.
  • Studying it costs 5 Faith as well as 3 Science, for only 20 green and 10 blue.
  • In the full game you can keep your own beehives, which give more honey and wax.
