Iron Axe
The Iron Axe adds Building mastery +4 while it is on your toolbar, twice the Bronze Axe. You forge it at the Iron Anvil, with a Hardening Bucket built against it, from 2 Sticks, 2 Iron Details and an Iron Ingot. The recipe comes with Iron Instruments I (80 red, 15 blue), which also gives the Iron Shovel, and needs Smithing mastery 6.

Each item is studied once, on the Study Table. Studying does not use the item up. With the Scientist perk, a 30% chance of a Story.

Notes
- It replaces your older axe on the toolbar, which holds one axe at a time. Building also counts the pickaxe beside it, so an Iron Axe and an Iron Pickaxe give Building 8.
- No trader sells it; the town Smithy only buys it. It never wears out.
- Studying it costs 5 Science and gives 60 red and 10 blue.
