Alchemic Powder 
Alchemic Powder (Green, Green, Blue) carries two green runes and one blue. It makes nothing on its own, and with one other ingredient only Spices (add a blue rune). The town Apothecary sells it only from its second tier, 20 a week at 25 copper each; no recipe makes it.
Its real use is in three-ingredient mixes at the Laboratory II: with a blue-blue-blue and a green-green powder it makes Umami, and with a red-red-red and a red one Tannin Liquid. Hops, Honey and the Goldfish carry the same runes once studied.
