Music Notes
Music Notes are sheet music for the church. You write one at the Writing Desk from 2 Clean Paper and an Ink, with Book writing mastery 5; the recipe comes with Church Music I (50 red, 20 blue).
Their one use is building the Choir, which takes 4. The Choir holds up to five zombies who sing during sermons. Built, it adds 1 to church quality, and each zombie in it adds 1 more, or 2, 4 or 7 with a musician perk.
