Insect Bait
Insect Bait is the second bait. At the Kitchen Table, 4 Fireflies make 4, with Farming mastery 4; the recipe comes with Fishing III (120 green), together with the Advanced Rod.
It is taken by the Eel in the swamp, the Salmon, Trout and Goldfish in the forest, the Salmon, Tuna and Goldfish at the port, the Swamp Ghost, and now and then a Frog.

Notes
- The description is wrong about most fish. It lists Pike, Silverfin, Gudgeon, Roach, Herring and Catfish, none of which take Insect Bait, and leaves out the Goldfish, Tuna and Swamp Ghost, which do.
- Each cast uses one bait, caught or not. The Fish Stand buys it.
- Studying it costs 3 Science and gives 30 green.
