It belongs to the dark path, taken if you keep the Old God’s Red Eye: after a dark dream, one of your friends asks for something to feed their vice, and bringing it lifts both friends of the pair by 10 reputation. At the Steel Anvil, 2 Engineering Details, 2 Steel Screws and 2 Special Wood make it, with Smithing mastery 8.
