Steel Zombie Collar
A Steel Zombie Collar puts no practical limit on a zombie: it allows up to 99 red skulls, against 10 for the Golden Zombie Collar and 5 for bronze. You make it at the Jewelry Table from a Steel Ingot, a Blue Crystal and 10 Faith, with Reanimation III (300 blue) and Smithing mastery 12.
The town Jeweler sells one at tier III. The Steel Ingot comes only from the Bishop, in conversation, after the quest Man of Steel.

Each item is studied once, on the Study Table. Studying does not use the item up. With the Scientist perk, a 30% chance of a Story.
Notes
- Like every collar it is used up when you press Prepare at the Resurrection Table, and it caps later organ swaps for that zombie.
- Studying it costs 20 Science and gives 30 green and 70 blue.
