Silver Talisman
The Silver Talisman is the second writing talisman: kept on your toolbar it adds 2 to Book writing mastery. You make it at the Jewelry Table from 2 Advanced Details and a Glass, with Smithing mastery 8; the recipe comes with Writing Tools I (80 green, 80 blue), which also needs Gunter’s reputation at 20.
The town Jeweler sells one at tiers II and III.

- A talisman and a book add up. The toolbar holds one of each, so this talisman with the Dictionary gives +4.
- Studying it costs 20 Science and gives 40 blue.
