Blue Techbook II
A Blue Techbook II gives 50 blue tech points when you use it, twice a Blue Techbook. You print it at the Printing Press from a Blank Hardcover Notebook, an Ink and a three-star Story, with the Self-Help Books II technology (100 of each colour) and Book writing mastery 10.
The same recipe prints the Red Techbook II or the other colour instead.
