Alchemic Powder 
Alchemic Powder (Red, Red, Blue) carries two red runes and one blue. It makes nothing on its own. The town Apothecary sells it only from its second tier, 20 a week at 25 copper each; no recipe makes it.
With an Alchemic Powder (Blue) it makes Explosive Dust, with a green one a Berserker Potion II, and with a red-blue-blue one a Zombie Motivator Potion III. Tin is the only other ingredient with these runes.
