At the Formulation Bench, a Melted Fat, a Fragrance and a Dream Dust make one, with Anatomy mastery 5, after Church Smells II (10 red, 100 green, 100 blue).
The town Apothecary sells 10 a week at its third tier, for 5 silver 50 copper each.
