Berry smoothie
A Berry smoothie gives 25 energy. At the Kitchen Table, 4 Berries and 2 Apples make 3 (5 with the Cook perk), with Farming mastery 1. The recipe is one of the “First snacks” you get when you repair the kitchen table.
Berries grow wild on the bushes around the world; the apples are the harder part early on, since they come from the town Vegetable Stand until you have an apple tree of your own.
