Fish soup gives 30 energy. The Kitchen Oven cooks 5 from 2 Sea fish fillets, 2 Carrots and 20 Fuel (10 with the Heat Saver perk); the Cook II perk makes it 7. A batch needs Farming mastery 5, and the recipe comes with Sea fish dishes.
You can also buy it: the town Tavern stocks 20 a week from its second tier and 30 at its third.

Notes
- Baked salmon gets more out of each fillet. Soup gives 75 energy per fillet (5 bowls of 30 from 2); Baked salmon gives 120 (3 of 40 from 1, plus a Salt). Soup is the choice when you have carrots and no salt.
- Studying it costs 3 Science and gives 30 green.
