Carrot soup gives 19 energy. You cook 5 (7 with the Cook perk) in the Kitchen Oven from 4 Carrots, 2 Water and 20 Fuel, with Farming mastery 4.

The recipe comes with Carrot dishes, given to you the first time a carrot bed ripens. The Tavern sells it at every tier (10, 20, then 30).
