A Pretty Candle is the candle for the Candelabra II, which takes 2 along with 3 Iron Details. At the Formulation Bench, 3 Beeswax and a Flax Thread make one, with Anatomy mastery 3, after Church Lighting II (5 red, 20 green, 20 blue); the Alchemist perk adds a chance of a second.
The town Apothecary sells 10 a week from its second tier, for 2 silver each.
