Mason
Mason counts the batches of Pieces of stone and Polished Stone you cut at the Stonemason’s Workbench. It is a Building inspiration with a free first level at 10.
Stone is the limit in the demo. A batch of Pieces of stone takes 2 Stone, and Stone only comes from rocks, which never come back. The rocks you can reach hold 79 Stone in all, enough for 39 batches; turning the pieces into Polished Stone (4 pieces each) adds up to 39 more. Most of that is needed for the graveyard expansions and for buildings, so plan before you cut.

Totals are counted from the start, not per level. Buying a level costs Faith from your backpack and gives talent experience; see Talents and Inspirations.
Notes
- Mastery: Pieces of stone need Building 3, Polished Stone 5.
- Each batch gives 4, and the Mason perk adds a 50% chance of 1 or 2 more.
- Unconfirmed: the rock face at the Quarry gives Stone without running out, if the demo lets you reach it (it needs Building 4).
