Repair Block
House repair in the Town
Repair Block restores a whole block of houses, the largest repair in town. There are four, one in each part of town, and each gives 25 Green Scrolls, 100 in all. All four cost the same: 16 Building Kit II, 10 Furniture Kit II and 5 Sculpture Kit II, so they have to wait until you can make or buy tier II kits.

Refunds need the Builder perk: with it, each line has a 30% chance.
Notes
- Blocks hold more than half of the town’s Green Scrolls: 100 of the 180 that all the houses give.
- Tier II kits come from the town’s own shops: Building Kit II from the Builder at tier II, Furniture Kit II from the Furniture Maker at tier III. Both can also be crafted.
- The game data has a fifth block with 20 scrolls, but no signboard for it exists in the world, so it cannot be built.
