A Muffin is a pastry that gives 20 energy and the buff Farming spirit II: +2 Farming mastery for 7 minutes 30 seconds. You bake 4 in the Kitchen Oven from 4 Dough, a Jug of Milk and 10 Fuel, with Farming mastery 4.
The recipe comes with the Pastries technology, which you are given free after baking your first Berry Pie. The town Baker sells Muffins at every tier, 5, 10 and 20 in stock.

Notes
- Eat one before hard Farming work. Two more Farming mastery speeds up gardening, cooking and fishing, and can let you plant seeds you could not otherwise.
- Eating another resets the timer rather than adding to it.
- Studying it costs 10 Science and gives 30 green.
