House repair in the Town
Repair Small House restores the one small house in town, in the area of the battle “Break Through to the Port”. It is the cheapest repair: 4 Building Kit I, 3 Wooden Kit I and 1 Iron Kit I, the same as the cheapest shop. It gives a single Green Scroll.
Repairing it unlocks the achievement “Back to Life” (“The town has taken its first steps toward recovery”), as does the nearby house in the same area (see Repair House).

Refunds need the Builder perk: with it, each line has a 30% chance.
Notes
- Repairing a house gives no reputation. The game data lists a village reputation reward for most houses, but nothing reads it.
- Every repair counts toward the Home Sweet Home inspiration, however small.
