House repair in the Town
Repair House restores one of the three mid-sized houses in town. Each gives 3 Green Scrolls, but the cost depends on the plot: the one in the area of “Break Through to the Port” takes 6 Building Kit I, 4 Wooden Kit I and 2 Iron Kit I, while the other two need far more, including Furniture Kit I or Wooden Kit II and Sculpture Kit II.
The first one also unlocks the achievement “Back to Life”.

Refunds need the Builder perk: with it, each line has a 30% chance.
Notes
- The two dearer houses give the fewest scrolls for their cost. The house in the Eastern Districts costs as much as a Large House there, and the one in the Central Districts as much as the Large House next to it, yet each gives 3 scrolls instead of 10.
