Baked mushrooms give 27 energy each. The Kitchen Oven turns 5 Brown Mushrooms and 10 Fuel into 3 of them (5 with the Cook perk). The recipe is one of the three you get for free when you repair the broken oven in your house, through the First dishes technology; baking needs Farming mastery 2.
It is the best use of the mushrooms you pick around your house. Eaten raw, five Brown Mushrooms give 20 energy; baked, they give 81.
