Carpet
A Carpet has a recipe at the Sewing Table, 12 Flax with Building mastery 5, but the recipe has to be unlocked and nothing in the game files unlocks it. Unconfirmed whether you can make one at all.
No building, recipe or quest uses it; it could only be studied.
