Upgrade Fence I

Upgrade Fence I replaces the fence around the graveyard and adds 10 graveyard quality outright. It costs 12 Wooden Planks, 12 Bronze Nails and 12 Pieces of stone, and comes with Graveyard Path and Fence I (20 red, 20 green, 20 blue), which needs both Mixed Graveyard I and Graveyard Keeper IV. The same technology brings Upgrade Road and Paths and the Prayer for Repose sermon.

It is not something you place. Choose it at the graveyard’s build desk and press Build: the materials are taken, the new fence appears and the quality is added at once, with no building work.

Notes

The 10 counts whatever is in your graveyard areas. It is added to the graveyard as a whole, not to any spot, so it needs no free space.
It is permanent and can only be built once.
The upgrades add up. Upgrade Fence II adds 20 more and the road 10, so all three together add 40.
