Conveyor Belt

A Conveyor Belt is one cell of belt in the Factory, the only place belts run. Each cell holds one item and passes it on one cell every 2 seconds, from workbench to workbench, so that factory machines are fed and emptied without anyone carrying. It costs a Bronze Gear and a Fabric per cell and comes with Conveyors (70 red, 20 blue), which needs 50 reputation with Jack. You lay it from the factory’s build desk, cell by cell, and it works at once.

Notes

  • Every cell costs 1 power. If the belts need more power than your Zombie Carousels give, the whole factory stops, workbenches and zombies included.
  • The factory’s number is the smaller of belt cells and power. Jack’s Factory Tour wants 20, so you need 20 cells and 20 power.
  • Belts outside the factory do nothing. They only run in the factory hall.
  • Taking a cell down gives its gear and Fabric back.
