Fine Jewelry
Fine Jewelry has the highest base price of anything you can make: 5 gold. At the Jewelry Table a set of Precious Trinkets and a Gem make one, with Smithing mastery 14.
The recipe comes with no technology: it is unlocked by the Jeweler perk, which also makes you find Gems more often. The town Jeweler buys it.
