Inquisitor's Note II
Inquisitor’s Note II lies in a chest in the old mine. Read it from your backpack. The inquisitors have given up on the forest and are looking at the swamp beyond the bridge, but they cannot get across.
Reading it does not use it up, and it has no other use. The first note is Inquisitor’s Note I.

What it says
We searched the forest but found nothing. Perhaps the swamp beyond the bridge hides what we're looking for. For now, though, we are unable to cross. Unholy terrors and dreadful visions haunt me and my guards whenever we venture to the other side. Yet Brother Gaber will be furious if we return empty-handed.
