Exterior Bench III

An Exterior Bench III would be the best bench for the graveyard, worth 7 graveyard quality, for 6 Marble Plates and 5 Iron Nails. It has to be unlocked before the graveyard’s build desk offers it, but no technology, quest or script in the game’s files unlocks it. Graveyard Decor II, which brings the second bench and the best lantern and flower bed, does not include it.

Notes

Unconfirmed: it cannot be built. This follows from the game’s files, where something outside them might still unlock it, and has not been checked in play. The best bench you can unlock is Exterior Bench II, worth 5.
