Speed Potion
No known way to obtain it. The game's data has no way to get it.
No known way to obtain the Speed Potion: no recipe, merchant, quest reward or battle reward in the game files gives it.
Unconfirmed: a stash with one is defined for a shop in the opening chapter, together with Energy Potions, but no object in the extracted scenes uses it. If the shop exists in the game, that is a one-time source.
