Keeper's Clothes

No known way to obtain it. The game's data has no way to get it.

The Keeper’s Clothes is in the game files, but nothing in them gives it to the player: no recipe, merchant, quest reward, container, battle reward or script.

You do not need it: the Keeper’s Clothes look is added to your wardrobe when you research Suit Up!, the technology that also repairs your dresser. See Changing Your Look.
