Victory Banner
A Victory Banner pays for one extension of the Barracks building area, more room for barricades and towers. Three battles give one each, Eastern Districts Purge, Central Districts Purge: Part II and Break Through to the Bathhouse Basement, and the Barracks can be extended exactly three times.
The reward drops at your feet when you return from the battle (see Combat). No trader sells one, and the banner has no other use.
