Scroll Cabinet

A Scroll Cabinet would be a 15-slot cupboard for the alchemy laboratory, open to the Laboratory like any shared chest, so ingredients kept in it could be picked for a mix. It would cost 4 Wooden Planks and 6 Iron Nails at the tower laboratory’s build desk, but no technology, quest or script in the game’s files unlocks it.

Notes

Unconfirmed: it cannot be built. This follows from the game’s files and has not been checked in play. The world data does hold one Scroll Cabinet, beside a second Folio, but at a spot outside every named area; whether a player can reach it is not known.
Any open chest in the laboratory does the same job. The Laboratory picks ingredients from your backpack and from shared containers in the room.
